About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner, supporting the HR leadership team in driving policy deployment, business partnering, workforce planning, people analytics, and employee engagement initiatives across corporate and manufacturing locations. The role requires a data-driven HR professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive seamless implementation of HR policies, digital HR initiatives, and people practices across corporate and plant locations.
- Partner with plant HR teams to ensure alignment with corporate HR strategies and facilitate effective coordination between business and HR.
- Plan and coordinate HR reviews with leadership teams and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Support workforce planning, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs across locations.
- Drive HR maturity assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives to enhance overall HR effectiveness.
- Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.
- Prepare management review presentations and HR business review decks for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support capability-building initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across HR teams.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 10-12 years of HR experience in the automotive component or manufacturing industry.
- Strong exposure to both Corporate HR and Plant HR operations.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, employee engagement, policy deployment, and HR governance.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, dashboards, MIS reporting, and presentation tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to diversity and inclusion initiatives is preferred.
