About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven professional with strong experience in designing and executing talent assessment solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to competency mapping, assessment frameworks, structured interviewing, or psychometric evaluations. You will play a key role in shaping our hiring and talent development strategies through data-backed evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competency mapping and competency frameworks.
- Design & drive pre-hire assessments, assessment centers, and behavioral evaluation tools.
- Create, validate, and administer psychometric assessments.
- Conduct structured interviews and support interviewer capability building.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and create suitable competency-based assessment solutions.
- Analyze assessment results and provide insights for hiring and talent decisions.
- Support continuous improvement of assessment processes, tools, and documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- MBA (20192022 batch) from Tier-1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, MDI, FMS, SPJIMR, TISS, IIFT, SJMSOM, IMT, IMI, XIMB, etc.).
- 36 years of total experience, with minimum 3 years post-MBA.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- Competency mapping / competency frameworks
- Designing pre-hire assessments
- Creating or facilitating assessment centers
- Structured interviewing
- Psychometric assessment design/implementation
- Experience may include full-time roles, internships, or academic/industry projects.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in market intelligence or competitor analysis.
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management, client engagement, or project management.
- Exposure to data interpretation, HR analytics, statistics, or talent insights.
