
Description:
- Initiate the annual training needs collection and roll out of annual training calendar for the site
- Lead the design, development and implementation of key programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet talent and learning needs of the organization;
- Drive the Talent Review process (succession planning and talent pipelining); coaching Managers on review process, facilitate the review and talent calibration discussion and ensure appropriate documentation
- Work with Global T&D to drive implementation, nomination and participation for global programs.
- Work with multiple stakeholders learning champions, global T&D partners, HRBPs, leaders and managers and cross functional teams to drive the talent and learning agenda for the business
- Consulting with management, leadership, learning champions on learning and development and talent management matters.
- Recommending and implementing policies and procedures in the area of learning and development on a need basis.
- Evaluating and partnering with vendors to execute learning programs related to job skilling,
