Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech Hiring (HR SaaS) Job Summary : We are looking for a talented Tech Recruiter to join our HR tech SaaS company. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and recruiting top talent for our company. You will be working closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs, create sourcing strategies and execute the end-to-end recruiting process. Key Responsibilities : - Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their staffing needs and priorities. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent using job boards, social media, networking events and other channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates. - Manage candidates throughout the entire recruiting process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, gathering feedback from interviewers, and making offers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting experience. - Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures. - Provide timely updates to hiring managers and HR business partners on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines and other relevant metrics. - Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting process to ensure we are attracting and hiring the best talent in the most efficient manner possible. Requirements : - 4-10 years of experience in IT/Tech/Product recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting top talent using a variety of channels. - Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders. - Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
