Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for a retail manufacturing organization. The role will be responsible for hiring across retail operations, manufacturing units, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate functions, ensuring timely delivery of quality talent aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in stakeholder management, volume hiring, and strategic sourcing, and will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across retail, manufacturing, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate functions.
- Drive volume hiring initiatives for retail stores and manufacturing staff, ensuring speed and quality of hires.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage and coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners to meet delivery targets.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience, from hiring through onboarding, while adhering to internal recruitment processes and policies.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and provide insights to leadership.
- Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within retail manufacturing or allied industries.
- Strong experience hiring for retail operations, production/manufacturing, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and multi-location hiring.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
