We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Pan India and International Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle - Sourcing - Screening - Interview Coordination - Offer - Onboarding

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements across India and international markets

- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements

- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives

- Maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, reports, and documentation

- Effectively manage multiple open positions across different locations and functions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

- Proven experience in Pan India & International Hiring

- Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, job portals & LinkedIn recruitment

- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Ability to handle multiple requisitions across geographies

- Proactive, organized, and target-driven approach
