Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various roles.
- Present qualified and well-matched profiles to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality closures.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best hiring practices.
- Update and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate and process data.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Mandatory experience in IT recruitment.
- Prior exposure to hiring for roles in Manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using job portals, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
