Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience: 310 Years Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting initial assessments, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful closures. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various functions and levels. - Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media, and other channels. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, and role fit. - Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for the position. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel and ensure timely closures. - Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions where required. - Track candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, and joining formalities. - Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements. - Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT and internal hiring processes. - Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders. - Handle multiple mandates and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Desired Skills & Competencies: - 4-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search. - Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and screening. - Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals. - Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. - Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closure skills. - Target-oriented and highly proactive approach. - Good analytical and reporting skills. - Ability to work effectively in a work-from-office environment. Educational Qualification: - Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
