Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist IT (US Staffing)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist IT to lead full-cycle US recruitment initiatives for KRG Technologies. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in US staffing, an in-depth understanding of IT roles, and a strong grasp of US hiring compliance including tax terms and visa classifications. The candidate should be capable of functioning both as an individual contributor and a strategic partner to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for mid-to-senior level IT roles across various verticals for US-based clients.
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans using advanced recruitment tools, social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray), job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), and ATS platforms.
- Evaluate technical talent, conduct in-depth screening interviews, and ensure alignment with client specific job requirements and organizational culture.
- Maintain a strong understanding of changing market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships and create a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche skills.
- Collaborate with US account managers and client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs and ensure quality submittals.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, including knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 tax terms and various work visa categories (H1B, GC, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Oversee the resume formatting, submission, and interview coordination processes to ensure a professional and timely candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports for leadership on pipeline health, fill ratios, and time-to-hire.
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters; contribute to building a high-performing talent acquisition function.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a proven track record in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of the US staffing ecosystem, including tax terms, immigration processes, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools (experience with Job Diva is highly preferred), CRMs, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies dynamically.
