Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end tech recruitment for roles across backend, frontend, data/Al, product, and DevOps.
- Hire for adjacent roles such as Project Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Managers at junior to mid-level.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active tech candidates using sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage interview logistics.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience and streamline hiring operations for speed and quality.
