We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in end- to- end recruitment, headhunting, and strategic talent acquisition. This role requires an individual who can proactively identify, engage, and attract top- tier professionals while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate should be adept at sourcing talent across multiple channels, conducting comprehensive interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to support business growth. - Utilize headhunting techniques to proactively engage passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. - Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume evaluations, phone screenings, and interviews, ensuring alignment with job qualifications and company culture. - Coordinate and conduct structured interviews, including behavioral, competency- based, and technical assessments where necessary. - Manage the full- cycle recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks to enhance recruitment effectiveness. - Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative hiring techniques to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies. - Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports. - Oversee vendor management to ensure effective collaboration with external recruitment partners and streamline the recruitment process. Required Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role with a proven track record of successful hires. - Strong expertise in headhunting and engaging passive candidates. - In- depth understanding of the end- to- end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Prior experience in IT and technology- related hiring is highly advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and engage effectively with stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Proven experience in vendor management, collaborating with external recruitment partners to maintain a streamlined recruitment process. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
