To lead the talent acquisition function with a strategic focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining high-quality talent in alignment with business goals. The role also oversees compensation & benefits, employer branding, and long-term talent pipeline development through partnerships with academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Own and execute the talent acquisition roadmap across verticals and geographies.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and future talent needs.
- Establish and monitor talent acquisition metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire).
Hiring Excellence:
- Ensure hiring processes are structured, inclusive, and aligned to the Group's values.
- Lead senior-level and strategic hiring mandates.
- Leverage technology (ATS/HRMS) and data to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Employer Branding:
- Strengthen organisation's employer brand across platforms (LinkedIn, campus, social media).
- Design and drive campaigns to position the organization as a preferred employer in healthcare and social impact sectors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and review salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits schemes in collaboration with the VP-HR.
- Benchmark compensation with industry standards to attract and retain talent.
- Support annual performance-linked increment and bonus cycles.
University Relations & Early Talent Pipeline:
- Establish partnerships with nursing colleges, social work schools, and health management institutes.
- Design internship and management trainee programs to build a future-ready workforce.
- Represent the Group in campus events, competitions, and career fairs.
Talent Pooling & Market Intelligence:
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Monitor market trends in hiring, compensation, and talent movement to advise business proactively.
Team Leadership:
- Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing recruitment and C&B team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Education: Postgraduate in HR / Business Management from a reputed institute.
2. Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in recruitment and C&B
3. Industry Knowledge: Talent Acquisition preferably in healthcare, services, or social sector with Pan-India hiring for clinical, operational, and corporate functions
4. Skills: Strong network with academic institutions and recruitment partners.
