Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist Embedded Systems to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on embedded and product engineering profiles. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closure

- Handle technical and non-technical hiring, including Embedded Systems, Firmware, Linux, QA, Automation, and related roles

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring priorities

- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and networking

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions

- Ensure timely candidate communication, including interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer negotiations

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate periodic hiring and pipeline reports

- Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, recruitment drives, and hiring events

- Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational policies and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a product engineering or technology-driven organization

- Hands-on experience in technical hiring (Embedded Systems, Firmware, Linux, etc.) is a strong advantage

- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS platforms

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking/reporting
