- This is a Non-Tech - Talent Acq role for someone who has hired for Manufacturing roles, Supply Chain, Finance positions etc.
- Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage the recruitment channel and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract skilled candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Automotive.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
