Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Location: Bangalore


Department: Human Resources


Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements.


- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functions and levels.


- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.


- Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.


- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


- Maintain and update recruitment data and reports using ATS and internal HR systems.


- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.


- Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.


- Represent the company at job fairs, industry conferences, and campus recruitment events as needed.


- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


- 36 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.


- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.


- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Prior experience recruiting in BFSI, fintech, or related industries.


- Exposure to employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring strategies.


- Certification in HR or recruitment-related areas is a plus.


Language known - Kannada
