Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. The role involves strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements in line with business needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and drive offer negotiations and closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, etc.).
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment events.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in lateral and bulk hiring
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR is an added advantage
