Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in tech hiring. You'll play a critical role in building out our India team and supporting group-level hiring globally. From engineering to project delivery, your ability to source, assess, and close top talent will directly influence our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive end-to-end tech recruitment for roles across backend, frontend, data/Al, product, and DevOps.
- Hire for adjacent roles such as Project Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Managers at junior to mid-level.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active tech candidates using sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage interview logistics.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience and streamline hiring operations for speed and quality.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when required, especially for non-tech or international roles.
- Contribute to building a global hiring playbook in alignment with upcoming expansion (e.g. creative roles in Warsaw/Berlin).
Ideal Candidate :
- 4-6 years of strong experience in tech hiring, ideally in a fast-paced startup or product-led organization.
- Proven ability to recruit for roles like software engineers, ML/AI specialists, tech leads, and PMs.
- Familiarity with tools like ATS (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work directly with founders and business heads.
- Strong ownership, speed, and ability to prioritize in a lean team environment. Exposure to global hiring (EU/US) and creative talent recruitment is a bonus, but not mandatory.
