Key Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for Research roles within the financial services sector.

- Deep understanding of the availability and landscape of research professionals, including those with backgrounds in quantitative analysis, data science, and investment strategy.

- Demonstrated ability to map the market and engage with passive, high-caliber candidates.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
