About The Role:
- We're looking for someone who can take charge of hiring end to end.
- Not just sourcing candidates, but figuring out how to hire better and faster as we grow.
- Youll work directly with Roshan (our co-founder) and help build the talent engine from scratch.
- You dont need a recruiting background.
- What matters is that youre sharp, thoughtful, and love solving problems.
- Bonus if youre technical and know your way around the AI world.

What Youll Do:
- Find and hire great people, end-to-end.
- Build the systems that help us do it again and again, faster and better.
- Work closely with the founders on everything from hiring to culture to company direction.
- Create a great experience for candidates and the team.
