We are looking for a Talent Acquisition profile who has served domestic and US markets both in IT recruitment with go getter attitiude .
Excellent comm skills and strong command on technical recruitment is a must for this role .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT hiring across engineering, data, cloud, security, and product roles
- Partner with business and tech leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Manage and mentor TA teams; oversee vendors and hiring partners
- Drive sourcing strategies for niche and leadership tech roles
- Optimize recruitment processes, KPIs, and ATS usage
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in IT/Tech Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring market trends
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Nice to Have: Experience with global or distributed hiring

Work mode -5 days working (Work from office )
Shift Timing - 3 PM to 12 PM
