
Talent Acquisition Role - Industrial Automation - Contractual(6 to 9 months)
This role is contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team for an Industrial Automation client based out in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
- Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies.
- Utilising various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Close monitoring of various conversion rates, (passive candidates - active candidate - inter-views - offers - starters) with the view to promptly identify areas of improvement along with promoting our employer brand online and offline.
Qualifications for the role:
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner in Engineering industry/Manufacturing Industry/Robotics (must have), preferably in an inhouse and agency setting.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or HR related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world Effective time-management abilities.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
