We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about hiring exceptional talent, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to contribute to building a high-performing organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, works well with senior stakeholders, and is excited to shape hiring strategies while supporting key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business functions, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and offboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-6 years of experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to HR Operations is an added advantage.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions in a startup, consulting, executive search, or high-growth environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
