- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Partner closely with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and craft strategies to fulfil them.

- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, managing them at every step of the recruitment process

- Proactively source top talent using innovative techniques and platforms.

- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have :

- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record of successful hiring across various non-tech functions.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively sell the company to prospective candidates.

- Proactive and self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
