Opening for Talent Acquisition with a reputed network agency in Delhi NCR.

Experience: 6-8 Years

Role Summary :

Looking for a Talent Acquisition personnel with prior experience in advertising / marketing / media agencies, with strong expertise in hiring creative, digital, and client servicing talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end hiring across Creative, Strategy, Client Servicing, Digital, and Media roles

- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures

- Source talent via LinkedIn, referrals, portfolios, and industry networks

- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and quality hiring in a high-pressure setup

- Track hiring pipelines, MIS, and ensure process adherence

- Build talent pipelines and provide market insights (salary, talent availability, trends)

Key Requirements :

- 6-7 years of recruitment experience with mandatory agency hiring exposure

- Strong understanding of advertising & media roles and structures

- Proven ability to close roles across levels with speed and quality

- Experience in sourcing and evaluating creative/digital talent

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred :

- Existing network within advertising / digital / media agencies

- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced agency environments
