
Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle hiring-from intake to offer closure-for US & Canada roles.
- Build and execute multi- channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high- quality talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers through market insights and data- driven recommendations.
- Partner with sourcing teams (where applicable) for niche or hard- to- fill roles.
- Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with agreed SLAs, workforce plans, and organisational priorities.
- Use recruitment data to track performance, identify risks, and drive improvements.
- Maintain compliance with hiring governance, data privacy norms, and international employment requirements.
- Contribute to team capability through knowledge- sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
