- Design & implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead Compensation & Benefits programs for fairness & competitiveness
- Drive Employee Engagement and Employer Branding initiatives
- Curate Career Development programs to fuel growth
- Partner with leadership as a trusted HR advisor
What Youll Bring
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-school
- 2-4 years of talent management experience
- Strong HR fundamentals, data-driven mindset & decision-making skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Startup experience and familiarity with HR tools are a plus
