Our client, a Leading Bank is looking out for a strong TA Partner to be based at Hyderabad.
The person would be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple branch locations within a specific region.
Would serve as a strategic link between the banks brand and local talent pools to build an inclusive, engaged workforce that meets regional business objectives.
Salary offered - 15 - 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Staffing Strategy: Develop and execute regional hiring plans that align with the bank's corporate strategy and specific branch growth targets.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for roles such as Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Dealers, and Support Staff.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Regional Managers and Cluster Heads to understand micro-market needs and define candidate selection criteria.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize AI-first workflows, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and local networks to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future leadership and critical branch roles to ensure rapid replacement and expansion readiness.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all hiring activities strictly adhere to labor laws, financial sector regulations (like KYC/AML), and internal bank policies.
- Onboarding & Experience: Deliver a "zero-defect" onboarding experience, ensuring day-1 readiness for new hires (e.g., ID cards, device access, and mandates).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA- Human Resources with 812 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail branch banking operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), funnel analytics, and AI-enabled HR tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
