Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager who has built teams in fast-paced startup environments and understands the nuances of hiring tech and product talent at scale. This role requires someone who can partner closely with founders and business leaders, own end-to-end hiring, and build strong talent pipelines in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Hiring:

- Own full-cycle recruitment for tech, product, data, and startup business roles

- Partner with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals

- Drive hiring across levelsfrom early team members to senior leadership

Startup & Tech Hiring:

- Hire across roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, DevOps, Data, Product Managers, Designers


- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire tech roles

- Understand startup hiring dynamics including speed, budget constraints, and cultural fit

Sourcing & Employer Branding:

- Design sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, communities, and job platforms

- Build and strengthen employer brand through candidate experience and storytelling

- Create scalable hiring processes suited for high-growth environments

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a trusted hiring partner to leadership and business teams

- Manage expectations on timelines, market insights, and talent availability

- Drive hiring plans, dashboards, and weekly hiring reviews

Process, Data & Team Building:

- Track and improve hiring metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio

- Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment workflows

- Mentor recruiters or manage agency partners as the team scales

What Were Looking For:

- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to startup and tech hiring

- Proven track record of scaling teams in early-stage or high-growth startups

- Deep understanding of tech roles and talent markets

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable in ambiguous environments
