We are hiring for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading organization in the Semiconductor industry.
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 - 18 Years
Industry Requirement: Semiconductor Industry experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive hiring strategies for critical VLSI skill areas including Physical Design (PD), DFT, Verification, and RTL Design.
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 recruiters and sourcing specialists to ensure effective talent acquisition delivery.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and talent engagement activities.
- Ensure strong offer-to-join conversion ratios and seamless onboarding experience for candidates.
- Track recruitment performance through hiring dashboards, reports, and weekly recruitment metrics.
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, with strong exposure to the Semiconductor/VLSI domain.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring large Talent Acquisition teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and recruitment analytics capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented hiring environment.
