Key Responsibilities :
- Own full cycle hiring from requisition to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent across job boards, social platforms, networks, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, define requirements, and plan recruiting strategies.
- Lead campus and intern hiring, manage university relationships, career fairs, hackathons, and intern program activities.
- Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience through all hiring stages.
- Stay updated on Hyderabad talent trends and share market insights with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conduct screenings and behavioral interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
- Drive offer discussions and negotiate competitively with HR and hiring teams.
- Ensure ATS data accuracy and operational excellence in hiring workflows.
- Track and report key TA metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and identify improvement areas.
- Support employer branding initiatives in the Hyderabad market.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of talent acquisition experience in the Indian market.
- Hiring experience across engineering, product, IT, revenue ops, marketing, finance, and HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS tools; Greenhouse preferred.
- Data-driven approach with metric analysis capability.
