Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Lead - IT Service

Role Overview:


- The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across business units.


- This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to scale hiring operations while ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency.


- The role involves owning recruitment delivery, team performance, hiring metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction, while continuously improving hiring processes and candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales, leadership, and niche roles.


- Define and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans.


- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; drive productivity and performance.


- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.


- Own hiring SLAs, quality metrics, time-to-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.


- Drive senior and leadership hiring independently.


- Oversee vendor management, campus hiring, referrals, and external partners.


- Implement and improve recruitment processes, ATS usage, and reporting.


- Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding.


- Provide regular hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.


Required Experience & Skills:


- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.


- Proven experience managing high-volume and niche hiring.


- Strong exposure to technology hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring.


- Experience working with senior stakeholders and CXO-level leaders.


- Strong understanding of hiring metrics, workforce planning, and compliance.


- Ability to build, scale, and optimize recruitment teams.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.


Preferred Experience:


- Experience in IT services, consulting, product, or enterprise environments.


- Experience implementing ATS, recruitment analytics, and automation.


- Strong vendor and partner management experience.


Success Metrics:


- Hiring delivery vs plan.


- Time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.


- Offer acceptance and joining ratio.


- Recruiter productivity and team performance.


- Stakeholder satisfaction.
