Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - Non-Tech Hiring

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage non-tech hiring for our growing organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive volume hiring across business functions such as sales, operations, customer support, HR, finance, and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles across multiple functions.

- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to meet headcount targets within timelines and budgets.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

- Drive high-volume hiring through a mix of sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.

- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and manage candidate pipeline efficiently.

- Coordinate and host walk-in drives and campus hiring events.

- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

- Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track hiring metrics and present insights to stakeholders.

- Work with external agencies and vendors when required.

- Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices in non-tech hiring.


Key Requirements:


- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on non-tech hiring.

- Proven experience in volume and lateral hiring.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field.
