About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to meet headcount targets within timelines and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Drive high-volume hiring through a mix of sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and manage candidate pipeline efficiently.
- Coordinate and host walk-in drives and campus hiring events.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track hiring metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
- Work with external agencies and vendors when required.
- Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices in non-tech hiring.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in volume and lateral hiring.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS and sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field.
