About the Role
Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can build a high-performing hiring engine, lead a strong recruitment team, and partner deeply with business leaders. If you love scaling teams, using data to drive decisions, and attracting top tech talent, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3+ recruiters; build a culture of high performance and ownership.
- Drive end-to-end hiring strategy across tech and non-tech roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and networks.
- Use data and dashboards to track TA metrics: time-to-fill, funnel health, offer-to-join, quality-of-hire.
- Partner with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to run a strategic, structured hiring process.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior or niche roles.
- Strengthen internal and external talent branding through referral drives, LinkedIn campaigns, and hiring events/campaigns.
- Design and implement a structured Campus Hiring Strategy. Identify and partner with target universities & colleges. Establish campus engagement calendar, including pre-placement talks, workshops, hiring challenges, hackathons, and brand-building events.
- Improve processes, implement ATS best practices, and introduce scalable hiring rhythms.
- Work effectively in a matrix environment with global stakeholders.
- Managing employer brand initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2+ years leading a team.
- Strong background in tech/product hiring in fast-paced tech organizations or agencies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Ashby preferred, Zoho Mandatory).
- Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and market-mapping skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and partner with leaders.
- Highly data-driven, analytical, and process-focused.
- Experience managing employer brand initiatives.
