Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, specializing in hiring for the Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring goals.

- Manage a team of recruiters while collaborating closely with business stakeholders across various functions.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid-to-senior level roles in Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence sectors.

- Proactively source and build talent pipelines through multiple channels.

- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver high-quality hires efficiently.

- Drive improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within manufacturing or engineering sectors.

- Strong track record in hiring for Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Aerospace, and Defence industries.

- Experience in leading or mentoring a team of recruiters.

- Established professional network in target industries.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Certifications in recruitment/HR preferred.
