
Job Description:
- We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead non-technology hiring across Finance & Investment Banking functions for a global financial services organization.
- This role is best suited for professionals with strong exposure to front-office and core finance hiring, who can partner confidently with senior leadership and build long-term talent pipelines.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Finance & Investment Banking non-tech roles
- Hire across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Private Credit, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and Control functions
- Partner with senior stakeholders, business heads, and HR leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and market mapping
- Assess candidates for functional expertise and leadership fit
- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate experience
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, cost efficiency)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche finance roles
Candidate Profile:
- 9-20 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong background in Finance & Investment Banking non-technology hiring
- Prior experience hiring for Investment Banks, Global Financial Services firms, PE/VC, or Asset Management organizations
- Strong understanding of financial markets and banking roles
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment platforms
- MBA from IIMs or other premier B-schools preferred
