Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager - Contract Staffing to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT contract staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing multiple recruitment teams, handling multiple clients, ensuring timely closures, and driving performance through recruitment metrics and reporting. Candidates from any industry are welcome, provided they have worked in a service industry environment supporting IT & Non-IT contract staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery & Client Management:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT contract staffing requirements.

- Handle multiple clients/accounts simultaneously, ensuring SLA and TAT adherence.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure high client satisfaction.

- Understand client workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple recruitment teams across IT & Non-IT hiring.

- Allocate workloads, track recruiter productivity, and ensure optimal utilization.

- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.

- Drive team motivation, engagement, and retention.

Process, Metrics & Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as:

- TAT

- Closure ratio

- Offer-to-join ratio

- Attrition

- Recruiter productivity

- Prepare and present weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports for internal leadership and clients.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, HR, and operations teams.

- Manage and optimize vendor performance for contract staffing needs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, contract staffing norms, and company policies.

Strategic & Operational Excellence:

- Forecast hiring needs based on client pipeline and business growth.

- Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and onboarding contract resources.

- Support business growth by scaling teams and processes as per demand.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in IT & Non-IT contract staffing

- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and clients

- Excellent knowledge of recruitment metrics, MIS, and reporting

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Contract Staffing

- Experience from any industry, but must have worked in a service industry model

- Strong background in managing IT & Non-IT contract staffing requirements

- Prior experience working with large clients and delivery-driven environments

- Willing to work from Bangalore - Whitefield location
