The hiring company a boutique investment banking firm specializes in advising growth-stage companies and entrepreneurs across venture capital, private equity, and M&A transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full hiring lifecycle across all verticals including IB, PE, VC, Public Equities, and Founder's Office.
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor industry movements and maintain insights into mid-to-senior level talent pools.
Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline; develop scalable processes for junior-level hiring.
Culture Development:
Influence and evolve the firm's culture by implementing best practices from leading organizations.
Compensation & Incentives:
Provide strategic input on compensation structures based on market trends and benchmarking.
Successful Candidate:
- Masters in Human resources
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience hiring for Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity organisations or Experience in a top-tier executive search firm specializing in IB / VC / PE hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle and onboard talent across levels.
- Strong passion for building and executing talent strategy as a key growth lever.
- Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
