Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive our long-term talent strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment, a deep understanding of the local job market in Gujarat, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

You'll be responsible for creating and executing innovative hiring strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires a blend of hands-on recruiting expertise and strategic leadership.


Key Responsibilities


- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals and future workforce needs.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets

and maintain high standards of quality.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing

and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and build strong, collaborative relationships.

- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.

- Champion employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the region.

- Data & Analytics: Define and monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decisions.

- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor laws and regulations.


- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.


Qualifications


- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources or a related field

from a reputable institution.

- Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Experience in the IT, Manufacturing, Financial Services sector is a plus.

Skills:

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques.

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.

- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Gujarat
