We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to build and scale our hiring engine in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This role will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, with a strong focus on technical hiring across AI, engineering, data, and product teams, while also supporting hiring across key business functions. The role will work closely with founders, leadership, and hiring managers to attract high-quality talent and help build world-class teams as the organization continues to scale.


Salary offered - 25-30 LPA


Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end talent acquisition across technical and non-technical roles

- Lead high-impact technical hiring across Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Product teams

- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and strategic roles in AI and SaaS domains

- Partner closely with founders, leadership teams, and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and workforce planning

- Drive sourcing strategy, market mapping, and employer branding initiatives

- Improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency

- Manage recruitment metrics, reporting, and hiring analytics to support data-driven decisions

- Support hiring for business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success

Key Requirements:

- 4-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring

- Proven experience hiring for Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product roles in SaaS or technology organizations

- Exposure to hiring for non-technical and business roles in a growing organization

- Strong experience working with founders, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Expertise in sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and talent pipeline building

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
