About the Role:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to lead its end-to-end talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TA strategy and hiring across Manufacturing, Engineering, Corporate and Leadership roles.
- Drive both volume and niche hiring aligned with business requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines and strengthen market mapping & sourcing.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce and hiring plans.
- Lead and develop the TA team, ensuring quality and timely hiring.
- Drive recruitment analytics, process improvements and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing - engineering environment.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, team leadership and complex hiring.
- Data-driven, hands-on and capable of building scalable TA practices.
