
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end hiring strategy for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across external clients as well as internal hiring needs. This role will partner closely with business leaders, clients, and global stakeholders to build high-performing teams across functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute TA strategy aligned with business growth for GCC clients and internal functions
- Build scalable hiring frameworks, processes, and governance models
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with external GCC clients to understand hiring roadmaps and workforce plans.Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams across India and global markets (APAC, US, EMEA)
- Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and seamless delivery
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across functions (Tech, Non-Tech, Leadership hiring)
- Drive sourcing strategies across channels - direct, referrals, vendor ecosystem
- Ensure quality, speed, and cost optimization in hiring
GCC Hiring Expertise:
- Lead large-scale GCC buildouts and ramp-ups (0-1 and scale phases)
- Design talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking
- Build pipelines for niche and leadership roles
Process Excellence & Analytics:
- Implement best-in-class ATS, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Workday or similar)
- Track key TA metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire, diversity metrics)
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in hiring processes
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer brand for both Embark and client GCCs
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience across touchpoints
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to hiring compliance, policies, and labor regulations
- Manage vendor governance and recruitment partners
Key Requirements:
- 12-18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong leadership exposure
- Proven experience in GCC hiring / captive center buildouts
- Experience managing both client-facing hiring (RPO/MSP) + internal TA
- Strong stakeholder management across global geographies
- Experience in scaling teams and managing high-volume + niche hiring
- Strong data-driven mindset with exposure to TA analytics and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
