Talent Acquisition Leader - Client Accounting Services Vertical - Finance & Accounts Domain

Master Search is retained for the selection of a seasoned TA Leader with deep roots in Finance & Accounting (F&A), with an outstanding success record in end-to-end hiring for this niche, and a track record from top global GCCs or large BPOs. We are seeking Immediate joiners or candidates who can manage with a 30 days joining period for our prestigious Client Accounting Services Center of Excellence (COE).

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with a global professional services powerhouse to source elite F&A talent for high-impact client engagements.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for F&A professionals, from sourcing and screening to offer closure.

- Leverage market insights to build talent pipelines in the competitive F&A niche.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align hires with COE growth strategies.

- Drive diversity and quality in hires while optimizing time-to-fill for urgent needs.

What We're Looking For:

- 12 years in end-to-end F&A recruitment, ideally from reputed global GCCs or large BPOs.

- F&A domain expertise (e.g., accounting, finance ops, controllership) to speak the language of candidates.

- You MUST have the expertise and talent for conducting the screening tests, filtering procedures, and personally interviewing and selecting candidates as per the stringent and exacting recruitment standards.

- Outstanding track record in niche F&A hiring, with strong networks and ATS proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn).

- Excellent leadership presence and outstanding communication skills imperatives for stakeholder influence and team inspiration.

- Bachelor's/PG degree; certification in recruitment (e.g., RChFP) a plus.
