Talent Acquisition Lead - Technology:

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 9 - 14 years

Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading technology-led organisation to hire a senior Talent Acquisition professional who will lead end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure and Analytics.

The role requires someone who can manage large-scale technology hiring while also building targeted pipelines for niche and business-critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the technology hiring strategy in line with business growth priorities.

- Partner with senior Engineering, Product, Cloud, AI, Data and Security leaders to translate workforce requirements into actionable hiring plans.

- Lead both high-volume recruitment and specialised hiring for niche technology roles.

- Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, specialist communities and alternative sourcing channels.

- Drive hiring metrics across pipeline velocity, offer acceptance, quality of hire and turnaround time.

- Use data, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.

- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of technology recruiters.

- Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders.

- Strengthen the organisation's employer positioning within relevant technology communities.

Ideal Profile:

- 9 - 14 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on technology hiring.

- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment teams and large-scale hiring mandates.

- Strong exposure to hiring across Engineering, Product, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity and related technology functions.

- Experience working in a complex, engineering-led technology or product organisation.

- Professionals from organisations such as Oracle, Adobe, Expedia or other established technology companies would be relevant.

- Ability to combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on execution.

- Strong stakeholder management, leadership presence and a data-driven approach.
