Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and partner with sales leadership to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Source candidates using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen and assess candidates based on job description, role fitment, and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers and leadership.
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline to ensure quick TAT for urgent requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
- Track, report, and analyse hiring metrics: source mix, turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
- Drive employer branding initiatives relevant to sales talent attraction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales hiring preferably in real estate, home building, infrastructure, or other high-volume b2b, B2C industries
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office tools.
