Role: Talent Acquisition Lead

Function: Human Resources

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Head - Talent Acquisition

Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in HR from Tier I/II campus

Role Summary :

- The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive end-to-end hiring delivery for assigned business verticals within a large NBFC. Reporting to the Head - Talent Acquisition, this role combines hands-on recruitment leadership, advanced analytics & dashboards and team management.

- The role demands a street-smart, data-driven professional who can influence business decisions while delivering speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions across the NBFC

- Translate workforce plans into executable hiring strategies

- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS using Excel, ATS, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

- Generate actionable insights on TAT, cost, productivity, and pipeline health

- Prepare leadership-ready presentations and review decks

- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of recruiters

- Manage stakeholders, recruitment vendors, and ensure SLA adherence

- Be hands-on with critical, niche, or leadership hiring

KRA Performance Metrics:

- Hiring Delivery: % roles closed within defined TAT; hiring plan adherence

- Quality of Hire: Offer-to-join ratio; stakeholder satisfaction

- Analytics & Reporting: Accuracy and timeliness of dashboards; actionable insights generated

- Cost & Efficiency: Cost per hire; vendor vs. direct sourcing ratio

- Team Productivity: Recruiter productivity; pipeline aging

- Stakeholder Management: Business feedback scores; repeat hiring confidence

Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in NBFC / BFSI / Financial Services

- Proven experience managing a team of recruiters

- Experience in Advanced Excel (mandatory)

- Strong exposure to ATS and recruitment MIS

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar dashboard tools

- Strong presentation and data storytelling skills

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- High ownership and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
