
About the Role:
- Strategize and execute sourcing plans to build strong pipelines for niche skills, leadership roles, and large-volume hiring.
- Mentor and lead the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, well-defined deliverables, and productivity metrics.
- Partner with business leaders, delivery teams, and HR to forecast hiring needs and design talent acquisition roadmaps.
- Ensure diverse sourcing channels - job portals, social platforms, referrals, talent pools, market mapping, and headhunting.
- Own end-to-end hiring experience including screening, interview coordination, assessments, salary benchmarking, and offer negotiations.
- Drive employer branding efforts to position the organization as a top choice for IT & SAP professionals.
- Track hiring metrics, dashboards, pipeline efficiency, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to both SAP and general IT hiring.
- Proven track record in leading recruitment teams and closing niche, senior-level, and time-sensitive roles.
- Understanding of SAP modules as well as broader IT skill sets (Development, Infra, Cloud, Enterprise apps, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, sourcing tools, and process automation.
