Description:



The Head of Technology hiring will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for product, engineering, and technical roles across the organization. This position requires deep expertise in hiring for tech domains, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build strong talent pipelines to meet the company's growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for product management, software engineering, and technical functions.



- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.



- Source, attract, and engage top-tier passive and active candidates through diverse channels.



- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including candidate screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and offer closure.



- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines and relationships within the tech community.



- Utilize data and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes and improve recruitment metrics.



- Drive employer branding initiatives tailored to attract high-quality product and tech talent.



- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and diversity hiring goals.



- Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in product and tech domains.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



- 7 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on product, engineering, and technical hiring. Looking at someone with hands on experience FIlling up their sleeves and driving execution.



- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the evolving talent landscape.



- Proven track record of managing recruitment in fast-paced tech environments.



- Strong understanding of product and engineering roles, technologies, and market dynamics.



- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.



- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and ATS tools.



- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.



- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
