Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for consulting roles, with a focus on Senior Consultant and Engagement Manager hiring

- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies

- Build strong talent pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, referrals and industry networks

- Drive the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and assessment coordination through offer management and closure

- Leverage market insights and hiring analytics to continuously improve sourcing strategy and recruitment effectiveness

Ideal Candidate:

- 4 - 6 years of Talent Acquisition / executive search experience with an MBA

- Strong experience hiring mid-to-senior level consulting or business professionals

- Proven expertise in market mapping, research, direct sourcing and passive talent engagement

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

- High-ownership, business-oriented individual with strong understanding of the consulting talent landscape
