Job Title : Talent Acquisition Lead - Global (Apparel/Fashion Industry) Location : Bangalore, India (with travel to other locations basis need) Qualification : MBA/PG in HRM | Experience: 8+ Years (Non-Tech Industries) Role Summary : Looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and scale our global talent strategy across multiple regions. This leadership role will shape the company's global employer brand, build future-ready teams, and lead strategic hiring across diverse geographies and functions. Key Responsibilities: - Global TA Strategy: Partner with Functional & Country Heads to forecast, plan, and implement manpower strategies. - Process Optimization: Standardize and streamline hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality. - Executive Hiring: Lead senior-level hiring in collaboration with internal and external search partners. - Employer Branding: Work closely with Marketing to craft and roll out a compelling EVP across global markets. - Team Leadership: Coach and mentor the TA team, fostering a high-performance and growth-driven culture. - Market Intelligence: Provide actionable talent insights and industry trends to senior leadership. - Vendor Management: Oversee global recruitment partners, including contract negotiations and performance reviews. - Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and present insights to HR leadership for continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Mandatory: - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (non-tech industries preferred). - 3+ years leading TA teams with a proven ability to build and scale hiring strategies. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Exposure to global markets and cross-cultural recruitment. - Passion for execution, resilience, and driving impactful outcomes. Preferred: - Experience in international talent acquisition across multi-country scope. - Ability to translate business goals into scalable hiring strategies. - Familiarity with leveraging internal talent and aligning development with growth. - Certifications in recruitment will be an advantage. Education: MBA/PG in Human Resources Management. Certifications in recruitment or selection will be a plus.
